Based in Manchester, Greif Delta operates two IBC washing lines, an IBC rebottling & remanufacturing facility plus a complete plastic recycling & palletising extrusion line. With these combined facilities, we have positioned ourselves as a business looking to the future offering sustainable and environmentally responsible packaging solutions.

The new Joint Venture business started initially blow moulding 1000ltr inner bottles for use in various models of IBC’s, Greif Delta Plastics is now also manufacturing complete new Greif brand GCUBE IBC’s.  The blow moulder is installed in Ellesmere Port and Greif Delta Plastics UK Ltd is manufacturing 1.6 and 1.9 UN approved and Non-UN GCube IBC’s on wooden, hybrid and plastic pallets. These IBCs are available with either 150mm or 225m lids and 50mm/80mm discharge valves and come with natural, white, black, AdBlue and PCR specification bottles. The GCUBE IBC has one of the strongest cages in the market and offers a patented valve solution for products compatible with HDPE.

With this joint venture we can now offer the full range of new, rebottled, reconditioned and laundered IBCs as well as paid collections of used IBCs.
