PFCI1000 UN Approved AISI 304 2.0mm Palletised Stainless Steel IBC for transportation of dangerous products. (High viscosity/Powder products).
New multi-use 1000 litre capacity palletised tank with UN-ADR-RID-ADN approval for transportation of dangerous products. Packaging classes ll and lll with vapour pressure maximum 1.1 bar at 50 degrees centigrade. Maximum admissible specific weight 1.9 Kg/dm3.
Special Features: Conical bottom and wide dimensional axial discharge outlet, ergonomic shaped base with slots for fork lift truck and manual pallet truck handling. Suitable for transport and storing of high viscosity products with UN-ADR-RID-ADN approval for transportation of dangerous products.
Stacking Capability: (UN/ADR/RID/ADN standards) maximum two full stacked containers.
Frame protection: 2mm thickness. Hot dip galvanised steel, tank chamber with anti-vibration rubber pads.

AISI 304 internal finish BA external finish satin. 400mm diameter manhole with lid and clamp closure/ball or butterfly outlet, max diameter DN50 (2")/ pressure relief valve. Cold forged bottom covers with optimised shape, minimum thickness 2.0mm. Robotised TIG welding process. Pickled and passivated seams. Bath galvanised, stainless steel palletised base (painted on request). Stainless steel ring welded to the tank and screwed to the base. On request: available in steel AISI316.
Accessories available at extra cost option on request. Range of "quick release" fittings or nipples. Stirrers, washing systems, etc. Level gauges. Insulation and heating plates. Dimensional changes within main footprint and customised equipment to meet most requirements.
